My advice for an unforgettable vacation? Start with a flexible outline of your destinations rather than a minute-by-minute itinerary. While I'm a food enthusiast and understand the need to book popular restaurants weeks ahead, I caution against letting such plans dominate your trip. Additionally, consider dining at places bustling with locals; these can often lead to the most authentic and enjoyable experiences. Sometimes, the most delightful dining experiences come from places you stumble upon without any prior expectations or knowledge. Embrace spontaneity — it often leads to the most positive surprises.
