As always, Zannie understood me very well and arranged this hotel, which I used for a short stopover during my trip. It was more than sufficient for a one-night stay. Zannie is so organized and made sure that the hotel knew of our arrival time, son’s allergies and room preferences. I was a bit nervous about the hotel, online photos can be so deceiving and she made a huge effort to investigate and make sure it was a good fit for us. This was a last minute trip and she arranged it stress free and flawlessly. Thanks so much!
