Zannie is so organized and made sure that the hotel knew of our arrival time, son’s allergies and room preferences. I was a bit nervous about the hotel, online photos can be so deceiving and she made a huge effort to investigate and make sure it was a good fit for us. Our experience with Zannie Leong was absolutely flawless.
