My Travel Style
I believe the best trips balance authentic connection with thoughtful ease. Growing up in Japan and now living in California, I understand both sides of the traveler’s perspective, from the excitement to the culture shock, the language barriers, and the little details that can make or break a journey. With me, you get insider Japan expertise through hidden izakaya, boutique ryokan, countryside retreats, and cultural gems beyond the tourist trail. I also bring pet-friendly travel know how, from curated hotels to special perks that make your furry family feel welcome. Most importantly, I offer heartfelt support before, during, and after your trip. I am here not just as a planner but as a trusted travel partner who cares about your experience from start to finish.

Yuka is the most incredible travel guru. I have never had a travel experience with less stress. Yuka helped me book my stay, gave me the best recommendations for places to visit, and even showed me gourmet wagyu izakaya that I can say for certain I would never have found otherwise. I would trust this guide to show me the best possible time anywhere in the world.

This was my second time working with Yuka. My first time was in Japan. Yuka helped me experience her home country like a local. Here in Miami, she helped me book a dog-friendly hotel, no extra charge for dogs. She recommended dog-friendly restaurants and a park nearby to take my dog out to meet other pups. The hotel was very nice, clean, and gave us VIP perks. Very happy about this staycation I did in Miami.
