My travel style
I work with clients who like to travel like I do – mostly to off-the-beaten path locations, natural environments and taking part in active adventure. Whether you enjoy trying new foods in Asturias, learning about culture in Hawai’i, getting your hands dirty with sailing trips to the Arctic Circle, or photographing wild horses in Turkey, I am your go-to guide and advisor.
A former racing yacht that has been around the world four times, the Aurora is one of three sister vessels accessing some of the most captivating locations in Iceland while serving as hospitable floating base camps for each day’s adventure.
Stedsans in the Woods
Stedsans is a campsite and forest resort in Southern Sweden with a regenerative farm.
The Serinn, a boutique cave hotel like no other in Cappadocia, has just five guest rooms, each individually designed to reflect the beauty of the natural caves while maintaining a very modern sensibility.
Recently returned from:
Cross country skiing with bison in Yellowstone National Park.
Sailing amongst glaciers and running in the mountains of Greenland.
Canyoning and white water rafting in the deep ravines of Asturias, Spain.
Paddling nonstop for 30+ miles under the full moon in the Swedish archipelago.
Kayaking in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland.
Big water paddling from Molokai to Oahu.
Mountain biking from Cervinia, Italy into Switzerland.
Spending a month experiencing Chile.
One thing I can't travel without...
Two truths, one lie:
I summited Mount Everest after five years of training and saving up money.
I lived out of a bag for 10 months meeting with tour operators while taking on photography gigs to pay for travel expenses.
I started racing triathlons after a six year recovery from a major car accident.
