Woody was great! His work was extremely efficient and he made sure that all aspects of our stay were taken care of.

The perks from booking with Woody were insane. Not only did I receive an amazing upgrade but we had complimentary breakfast daily, $100 resort credit, free wine and snacks, a delicious welcome amenity (much needed after a long travel day!) and a late check out so we could enjoy the rooftop pool all day before our flight out that evening. Woody was great in letting the hotel know we were going to be a late arrival and ensured that the team took care of all of our needs. Could not recommend more!

Woody took the time to detail out where my colleagues and I needed to be and ensured that the hotel was superbly located for my needs and within my budget. We were also treated like a VIP and all upgraded to suites which was hugely appreciated!
