Winnie Harwell

Winnie was super helpful. I had given her details about wanting the room to be spacious and have four separate beds. I also asked for ease of transportation to Disneyland. She was able to find one that fit all the criteria in a timely manner. Initially, she had given some quotes but noticed that some became unavailable, so she reached out to her Mimaru partner and was able to help secure another quote (the booking we eventually went with). Then before the trip, she emailed some different travel tips for Japan. The tips were helpful in helping us navigate Japan.

Winnie continues to be an amazing advisor. The hotels she picked for our Singapore trip were spot on. We will continue to partner with Winnie when possible for our future travels!

Cannot say enough about Winnie's flexibility with this particular booking. I threw her a major curveball two weeks before we were leaving for Japan, and Winnie jumped in and helped rebook our rooms. Winnie provided options based on the locations of the major JR stations in Osaka, and we took a while to decide.

Winnie again continued to shine in dealing with me and my family's needs. We are truly grateful for her help in booking our hotels. I realize we are in a time where everyone can look on multiple websites for the best price, but it does not beat the experience of working with someone who has interactions with these hotels and familiarity with the locations. I feel I may have eventually stumbled on the hotels Winnie chose, but she eliminated that gamble by providing the options. Thank you Winnie!

My wife was desperately seeking a ryokan in Arima because she really enjoyed our first experience. When our preferred ryokan was not available, we weren't sure what options to book. Winnie was able to provide options based on our budget, and the hotel we selected was great. Winnie also went above and beyond to help us book dinner reservations at the hotel restaurant since dinner was not included in the package.
