My journey began just as the cruise industry was rebounding from the pandemic, and I was instantly captivated. Being on a cruise ship brings me an overwhelming sense of tranquility, happiness and purpose. My family and I met Whitney and her family while on a cruise. She has a wonderful family and we knew immediately that we would all get along together. It wasn’t until later that we found out that she worked with Carnival planning wonderful memories for countless families. We will never use anyone else!!

Whitney did an excellent job booking our cruise. She had so many suggestions to make our vacation even better. I wasn’t familiar with the YTD process and booking, she made sure we knew how to use the Carnival app and even sent us a Welcome Aboard cake, so thoughtful and attentive. A couple of days before we sailed, she sent a reminder about printing needed documents and luggage tags.

From snow and ice in Kentucky to 90-degree sunshine with a drink in hand, it felt like we had stepped into a completely different world.
