My journey began just as the cruise industry was rebounding from the pandemic, and I was instantly captivated. Being on a cruise ship brings me an overwhelming sense of tranquility, happiness and purpose. She’s the best! She is knowledgeable and always willing to help, no matter how big or small the question. She was available from the very beginning at our booking experience all the way through the cruise. We also appreciated her recommendations on places/ experiences to have during our trip. Whitney was absolutely amazing!! We never would’ve gotten it booked and planned without her. And even after we got it booked and planned, circumstances changed and she had to redo a lot of it and shuffle people around. She was always more than happy to help never acted frustrated with us and continue to help us all the way through the process. And all through the week she communicated with us every step of the way and if we had any questions or concerns about anything going on she was never more than a text away. And always answered us immediately. Some of us were first-time cruisers and we’re pretty lost, but she put everybody at ease. We wouldn’t book our vacations with anybody else after this experience. It was so nice dealing with a real person who knew from experience how to answer all of our questions and guide us.

As we cruised back to Galveston, we reflected on how quickly we had gone from winter coats to swimsuits. From snow and ice in Kentucky to 90-degree sunshine with a drink in hand, it felt like we had stepped into a completely different world. While returning to winter weather was tough, we came back feeling refreshed and grateful for such an amazing family getaway.
