Whitney is an outstanding travel agent and truly a joy to work with. She planned our trip to Italy with incredible attention to detail and deep knowledge of the destination. Before that, she even helped us design an amazing Costa Rica itinerary, showing a remarkable ability to understand both countries and tailor each experience to fit our travel style, even though we’re seasoned travelers with high expectations.

When we ultimately decided not to visit Costa Rica, Whitney handled the change with grace and ease. She pivoted seamlessly, adjusted plans thoughtfully, and stayed highly responsive throughout. It was clear she genuinely cared about getting every detail just right.

The tours she recommended, like the Vatican & St. Peter’s Basilica and the Florence City & Gelato tour—were fantastic: well-organized, enriching, and exactly what we were hoping for. Her apartment suggestions were perfect: clean, comfortable, and ideally located. Traveling between Christmas and New Year, we worried hosts might be unavailable, but thanks to Whitney’s choices, everything went smoothly. Her restaurant recommendations were spot-on, leading us to authentic, memorable meals, from must-visit spots to hidden local gems.

What truly sets Whitney apart is her sincere commitment to making sure you have an amazing experience. It never felt transactional, she genuinely cared that we enjoyed every moment. As previously, Whitney's choice of The Stag was a good central location for our Cotswolds adventure. We also enjoyed the Warwick Castle tour. They had so many wonderful tours, exhibitions and activities many of which were geared to children. This would be a wonderful place to take my grandson when a bit older. We especially enjoyed the Falcon Quest and Knights Tale. Plan to spend a long time here!

Whitney provided wonderful service. All her recommendations were excellent choices for accommodations and restaurants. Her counsel as far as time for travel to and from various locations was accurate, and assuring we (being elderly) weren't too tired from too much driving and activities was spot-on. Whitney's concern and detailed agenda were excellent and even her further communication during our trip was helpful! Highly recommend her services!!

Whitney was once again spot on with this recommendation!! We had originally been booked to have dinner at The Pig but requested to eat at Rick Stein's Seafood restaurant in Padstow, having heard it's reputation. Whitney was able to procure a reservation for us DESPITE being told there were none!! Wow! What a fabulous travel agent!! The restaurant didn't disappoint...we had our MOST favorite dinner of Dover Sole there.
