Wenyi is great! She helped us with this trip from the beginning (one year ago, when we booked a ridiculous trip) to the end (where we experience an amazing trip of a lifetime). Throughout the process of planning this trip, she was always there, ready to respond when we had questions, and proactively update us on items that needed to be completed/processed, and made this entire process extremely comfortable (when abnormal amount of money is spent). She has a wealth of knowledge due to extensive travel experience (even in Antarctica), which was extremely helpful for us (especially wehere many have not travelled to).
