Wendy was fantastic to work with on this booking experience. She was very knowledgeable and always responded promptly to my questions. We had a few snags on our journey to Italy and she was available to help us navigate it every step of the way. A real pleasure to work with and we will be using Wendy again for future bookings.

Wendy is an amazing, top notch advisor whom we will recommend to our friends!! Throughout the planning process, she listened to our needs/requests and suggested great options. Wendy was very patient, especially when we changed course a few times. Once we figured out the main excursions for the trip, Wendy thoroughly filled in the itinerary with extended activities, sightseeing, and dining suggestions. This was extremely helpful as our family was not familiar with some of the spots we were visiting. Wendy was great with checking in to ensure restaurant reservations and activity bookings were getting checked off the list. Wendy's enthusiasm for our family's trip was genuinely evident. We look forward to working with her again!

Wendy was amazing in getting all of our lodgings secured and even followed up checking rates up until the trip. She was able to adjust one hotel saving us a few hundred dollars which was a pleasant surprise. Her recommendations for activities were perfect. Because we were traveling between so many places, I truly appreciated her booking our trains to ensure we were going to the right places on the correct dates. While we were traveling and had a train cancellation Wendy stayed up into the night helping us get plane tickets booked. I don’t know what we would have done without her! I would use Wendy to plan any trip in the future. She was worth every penny!

This was the most well planned, organized trip I have ever taken, all because of Wendy! The itinerary she provided included so much detail (local foods, traditions, walking tour options, etc.). We referred to the itinerary multiple times a day and often found ourselves saying, “Let’s ask Wendy” (like you might ask Siri/Alexa). The trip itself was so enjoyable. It was the perfect mix of planned events, self-guided activities and relaxation. We had quite a bit of travel within the itinerary (planes, trains, boats and cars). All of this was perfectly timed and worry-free. The best part of the trip was a private boat ride from Sorrento to Positano which was Wendy’s creative idea for us to get from place to place, without taking a boring taxi. Our trip to Italy is one we will never forget and was made memorable because of the details and attention to our requests that Wendy provided while we planned the trip.
