5 Stars all the way!!!!! The most valuable part of working with Wendy and Joyful Journeys was getting advice and recommendations for the overwhelming task of planning a multi-country Europe trip. The hotels and activity recommendations were all absolutely perfect and made the trip so special. The Fora app was also invaluable in having our trip organized in 1 place. All of Wendy's tips were right on including the recommendation of getting the travel insurance. It took a lot of the stress away knowing there were no details forgotten. This trip was so special and will be one my family will never forget. A dream trip that we wanted to do since our kids were little. So grateful for Wendy and Joyful Journeys!!

This was our first trip to Europe, and working with Wendy gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout both the planning process and the trip itself. From hotel bookings to insurance recommendations and travel requirements, she helped make sure every detail was covered before we left. She prepared us well for what to expect, helped us navigate the cities we were visiting, and even provided helpful troubleshooting tips to have on hand if needed while we were abroad. Wendy did a great job considering our personal preferences in her recommendations and planning. Our trip was definitely better for having Wendy involved!

Wendy is an amazing, top notch advisor whom we will recommend to our friends!! Throughout the planning process, she listened to our needs/requests and suggested great options. Wendy was very patient, especially when we changed course a few times. Once we figured out the main excursions for the trip, Wendy thoroughly filled in the itinerary with extended activities, sightseeing, and dining suggestions. This was extremely helpful as our family was not familiar with some of the spots we were visiting. Wendy was great with checking in to ensure restaurant reservations and activity bookings were getting checked off the list. Wendy's enthusiasm for our family's trip was genuinely evident.
