Where Wendy really scores, she knows the countries so well, and can guide you away from pitfalls, and all those little niggles, that sometimes make a holiday less than perfect. She gets rid of all the buts and ifs by telling you how to go about booking hotels, where you can save on transfers, (and where you cannot), and she reminds you about the essential things such as carrying ID at all times, in fact all the background work that a good professional agent is there for.
