Wallace did a phenomenal job he called to make sure everything was good and going well. Called the hotel to confirm our stay and verify our request. Communication was great overall, I will keep booking with him. I recommend him to everyone else. Great work Wallace.

Wallace made the trip very easy! From constant communication before the trip, to making sure everything was handled until I landed back! Wallace made it so that all I had to do was answer a phone to enjoy my trip!

Mr. McClure did an amazing job helping me to find the perfect location for my stay at the Holiday Inn Asheville Builtmore by IHG. Not only was he very knowledgeable of the location and sites, but he also made me aware of IHG perks for members (of which I was not aware I was a member). He assisted me with locating my membership account/number, was very patient, courteous and answered al my questions before booking my reservation. I highly commend him for his hospitality on a job well done.
