Vivian went above and beyond to make our bachelorette party experience amazing. From a handwritten welcome note, to arranging welcome snacks and drinks, the details made us feel at home. In arranging in-villa services and outside activities, she had the answers and could point us in the right direction. She was very easy to work with, quick to respond and really went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect!

She is a world traveler herself. So, she is aware and updated on traveling trends and plans. She took away my stress of researching and have a closer visualization of options for a non expert like myself. She was also very thoughtful in considering all my needs. Gentle yet effective!! She helped me stay on my timeline as I was busy with work. Most importantly, she always has my best interest at heart. There were instances when she could have simply let me pick out easier options where she could have done less work, but she still did what was right to help gear me back to the more convenient/better plan for me. A real professional with a heart of gold!! When Vivian confidently advised that I should stay at this property, I knew that it could not go wrong. She was absolutely right. I have to thank her so much for introducing me it to me. She was spot on!!

It was the first time I experienced a travel advisor's service and Vivian made this first experience so wonderful and probably set too high a standard for my future choices ;) Not only was she responsible for all the contacts between hotel about the service details, she also took initiatives to search for information for our trip to see how we could enjoy more out of the planned choices. And she always gets back to my questions and ideas so quickly, not mentioning we have a 7 hours time difference! There was once during our conversations, I told Vivian, "now I know how good and relaxing it is my husband feels, since I took care of all of the info searching, planning and following up for all the family trips." And it'd be better from now on, I think. Since I have Vivian.
