After describing what we wanted Virginia quickly provided us with multiple recommendations. The hotel she suggested was everything we could've wanted and more. Our room was upgraded, met with complimentary bottles of champagne and treats and a hand written personal note from Virginia. This really made our stay feel so special from the get go. The entire experience was incredibly easy and seamless as Virginia handled everything. As someone who loves researching and can be picky, I was a bit hesitant to put our trip in someone else's hands but after this experience I couldn't trust Virginia more!! Such a breeze! We told Virginia that we wanted a hotel to stay in that would make traveling out if London the next day easy.
