My Story
I plan leadership retreats and restorative travel for business owners—both for their teams and for themselves. Personally planned. Globally connected. I handle everything. Together we will design an experience built for you. Today in person, you can find me on the Hudson River, on the lake of Zurich, or on the road. I’ve lived in-country and have deep connections and local knowledge about Canada, Mexico, Australia, and France, along with the U.S. and Switzerland. Personally, I love creating moments over a great meal or wine tasting and have taken professional culinary and wine courses.
Travel Style
I’ve spent a career working with founders and executives globally, and I realized the time they spent out of the building—really out of the building, in the right place—was doing more for their clarity and team culture than most boardroom sessions.
I ask the questions that make the difference between a good trip and the one you’ll still talk about in three years. I ask the questions most advisors skip. I stay on top of logistics so you don’t have to. I’ll find the right place and push back when you’re about to make the wrong call.

I traveled to Aruba for a friend's wedding where most guests stayed at an all-inclusive resort. Victoria did a fantastic job coordinating my travel dates and times to sync with my friends, all while ensuring I stayed in close proximity to the wedding party.

Working with Victoria was a great experience. From start to finish, she was clear, prompt, and incredibly thoughtful in her communication. She always let us know when she was available and followed through quickly on anything we needed, which made the whole planning process feel smooth.
What stood out most was her attention to detail and her genuine care for making sure everything went perfectly. She stayed on top of all logistics, asked great clarifying questions when needed, and made sure both we and the hotel were always aligned.
