My wife and I usually book directly over the phone with the cruise line but honestly, it was so much easier to just spit out all my specs and requirements to Victor and let him handle the rest. He made sure to stay within our budget offer. Any additional options or tweaks that would help and any recommendations if we had any issues he also was kind enough to reach out to MSC directly if we had any concerns or questions. He was always helpful and available even though the day we boarded the cruise, he reached out, which was really nice definitely a nice experience booking through him and we would do it again.

He went above and beyond, because I even got a message from him regarding the expected weather conditions while I was to be away on my trip to help me plan my outfits.
