This young lady went above and beyond! This is the first cruise my wife and I have experienced, and I am very grateful to have had her assistance. She took over after my initial attempts to do some research, and I never looked back. She kept me up to date with the plans, laid out all my options very conveniently (cabins, drink specials, entertainment, parking, excursions, etc.), which allowed for us to focus on the vacation ahead. The “cherry on top” was the macaroons she had waiting for us at our cabin. 10 out of 10 me’s would recommend.
