Venus was amazing from start to finish! I needed help planning a last-minute trip, and she made the entire process so easy. She found us a hotel quickly and handled all the details.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, the hotel wasn't what was advertised online. The photos were very misleading, and the area was surrounded by a large homeless encampment, so we didn't feel safe staying there. None of that was Venus' fault, and what impressed me most was how she stepped in to help. She assisted us with the cancellation process and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Having a travel advisor meant I had someone in my corner instead of trying to figure everything out on my own. I truly appreciated her responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help every step of the way. I highly recommend Venus for anyone planning a trip!
