Still smiling (and honestly, still a little emotional) from our unforgettable trip to Italy. What an incredible experience for our family!
As a working mom, the thought of planning was overwhelming and while I’m so grateful for all the tips from friends and family, we truly couldn’t have done it without Vanessa Abbe.
Vanessa took such genuine care in planning every part of our trip. From a thoughtfully customized itinerary, to beautiful luxury hotels, private tours, and so many little touches, everything felt so intentional. It allowed us to be fully present, soak in every moment, and just enjoy being together.
Vanessa shared thoughtful, practical insights, those everyday tips you don’t realize you need that made our entire travel experience seamless. Tips I will be using on subsequent trips she plans for us.
I can’t recommend Vanessa enough. She made something that felt daunting turn into something incredibly easy, seamless, and truly memorable. Already dreaming of my next trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vanessa!!!

We worked with Vanessa to plan an incredible trip to the Maldives for our honeymoon, and she was instrumental in making everything feel seamless from start to finish. She handled trip logistics including flights, hotels, and coordination details, and consistently stayed ahead of things so we rarely had to ask questions or chase updates.
Her responsiveness stood out. Any time we had questions or wanted to adjust something, she was quick to respond and easy to work with. More importantly, she didn’t just execute bookings; she made thoughtful recommendations that genuinely improved the overall experience of the trip.
One of the most appreciated aspects was how she added small but meaningful touches that made us feel taken care of and welcomed throughout the journey. She was intention behind her planning and coordination.
She also struck a great balance between being highly organized and still allowing flexibility when our plans evolved. Even when we made last-minute adjustments, she handled everything smoothly and made it feel effortless on our end. It gave us a lot of confidence knowing she was managing the details behind the scenes, especially across an international itinerary with multiple moving parts.
Overall, she delivered a well-orchestrated experience that balanced structure with flexibility, and we would confidently, and plan to, work with her again for future travel.

Vanessa was an exceptional person to work with on this trip. Patience, attention to detail, very organized, very knowledgeable, goes above and beyond, "can-do" attitude are a few words I would use to describe her.
Here's why -
She spent over 5 hours on hold when working on booking our room and experiences - such tremendous patience!
She researched excursion options and made recommendations based on available times and activities that catered to us AND our kids needs.
She also provided a detailed list of what we specifically needed to do, by when, and why timing was important.
As if all that wasn't amazing enough, she followed up to confirm we had completed those actions!
On the day of our departure, she reached out to confirm we made it safely onto the ship and she did the same when we returned.
We loved working with Vanessa and plan to work with her for our future experiences. We've been shamelessly bragging about, and recommending, her excellent services to others!

Vanessa did an exceptional job helping us plan this trip. She found a true gem in the Greystone — a hotel I likely wouldn’t have discovered or booked on my own.
She clearly presented several well-researched options, walked us through the pros and cons, and made the decision process simple and confident. Her preparation, taste, and professionalism made the entire experience seamless. I truly appreciated how easy she made everything and would absolutely work with her again.

Wandering Through Italy’s South – Puglia, Basilicata and Paestum
Puglia and Basilicata are places I dreamed of traveling to as a young person. I love these regions because of the warmness and perseverance of the people, the beauty or the regions and the delicious, simple, high-quality ingredient food. I should also mention the coastline is stunning! A great alternative to the Amalfi Coast of Cinque Terre. Additionally, to me, when I’m in these regions, I find the real Italy that I’ve come to know and love. When you’re not at the main sights, it’s not full of tourists.

Shopping & Eating in Florence – A Local Perspective
Italy is one of my favorite places to travel to—so much so that on my first trip, I was inspired to learn Italian! Over the years I have visited Florence many times and have dear Italian friends there. When I interact with Florentines, I like to ask them about their favorite stores and favorite places to eat. This guide captures a few of those insights, as well as my own experiences!

A Businessperson's Perspective on the Grand Hyatt São Paulo
I lived abroad in Brazil and Chile for periods of time over eight years, and the Grand Hyatt São Paulo was one of the hotels that I regularly stayed at while traveling for business. The staff were so kind, and I always felt at home when I stayed at the Grand Hyatt São Paulo. The service was really great, and they helped me with all of my questions and needs!
