She used her VIP skills to secure me a complimentary upgrade to a spacious one-bedroom suite with a full kitchen and even a washer and dryer, which was perfect for my extended stay. Urszula also sent me local event highlights and mapped out routes to avoid heavy traffic on my way to meetings. The personal touch really elevated my experience from what was just a 3 star hotel.
