My Story
As of 2025, I have hit 54 countries and numerous territories. I love the finer things in life, but at a reasonable price point, and I love showing people the world. I am an attorney by trade, but before that I was a journalist. I’ve dabbled in the world of travel influencing, largely because I want people to experience the world with me and inspire people to get out and go! I look forward to helping you with your travel and trip planning needs.
Travel Style
I love luxe accommodations, scrumptious food, and fantastic wine...all at affordable prices. I've wine/spirit tasted on six continents, and had amazing foodie experiences from authentic tagine/Moroccan salad on a farm outside of Chefchaouen to making gelato and tossing pizza dough in Florence to a Michelin-rated surprise foodie experiences in Mexico City. I love experiencing and supporting local business owners, Black businesses, and women owned businesses. I am an avid traveler, heading off solo, on girl trips, and even on group trips. Lately I’ve been partaking in longer trips (1–2 months) for extended travel, as well as quick getaways.

Booking with Tyra was easy and timely. She had me complete the input document to learn more about me and what I wanted to accomplish during my trip. I'm a foodie so the rum tasting and walking food tour were high on my list. I skipped on random sight seeing or local activities like monkeys or water sports. Tyra also followed up with me to check on my transport, small reminders and asking if there's anything else should could help with. I ended up using my airport driver a few times throughout my stay since he was aware of my itinerary. Perry was great and super flexible! Thanks so much Tyra.

Tyra was wonderful. I was last minute, exhausted and all over the place which is a rich tapestry of needs and confusion that Tyra handled with aplomb. She asked detailed questions, provided a range of hotels and experiences and made sure that what I selected was what I was seeking. She easily handled changes that became necessary and managed the logistics from start to finish. I already gave her info to two friends to guide them for future travel. As I’m planning to head back to Portugal as well as some other locales in the near future, Tyra will be my go-to so I can ensure it’s planned correctly the first time. Thanks, Tyra!!
