This was our first vacation using Tyler’s advising and I will be using him for every other future travel plans. The minute we checked in we were told we had been upgraded with Tyler’s help to a corner suite with a breathtakingly beautiful view of the entire Miami shoreline. If that wasn’t enough we were welcomed to the suite with bottles of water and a cheese board and a card from him. Due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to keep cancelling and rescheduling spa appointments and Tyler was able to communicate straight to the spa staff so we didn’t have to worry about it. I was also given a free spa amenity that Tyler had set up. He was easy to work with and went above and beyond. I would recommend using his services for any travel plans!
