The premium concierge service and attention to detail provided by Trina was amazing. I will book all my trips with her going forward. She made check in upon my arrival smooth, easy and fast. She was also very knowledgeable about the area in terms of shopping, restaurants and places to visit.

Trina did an amazing job — we were treated with a lovely welcome in our room and the package she got for us — breakfast each morning and a $100 hotel credit, along with a great room rate — made our stay in DC really special — I did not expect all those "extras" and was really impressed!!!
