Travis was incredibly helpful!! I of course waited until almost the last minute to book a room for my kids' sports tournament and he was able to find exactly what we were looking for well within my budget: close to the arena, a pool, free breakfast, and the ability to cancel up until the day before check-in (which was the most important to me). After giving me a few options, I realized I would need to do two separate reservations and he was super quick to get back with several options at the hotels I was choosing between. When I had to cancel on3 of the reservations it was totally painless; I let Travis know I needed to cancel and in less than 10 minutes I had the cancellation notice in my inbox. I would 1000% work with him again.
