Tracy Vincent is the best travel agent I have ever worked with. She listened to my needs and booked exactly what I asked for and needed. She was very timely in her responses and communicated clearly. She is very eager to help and professional at all times. It was refreshing to work with her, she took a real interest in whether or not I was pleased. When I experienced flight delays/cancellations, she immediately texted me back when I reached out to her and even called me when I didn’t respond. She has been more helpful than I could have imagined. I will reach out to her in the near future to help me plan our family’s summer vacation. Very impressed with Tracy!!!!
