Tracy was amazing every step of the way! We had continual questions during the 3 months it took to plan our trip. She was always patient and took the time to find the answers to all of our questions. She helped us find properties and tours that met our expectations, providing many options, pictures and details. This was our first trip overseas and we needed a great deal of guidance with all the details. Tracy gave her time so generously and made us feel like we were her only clients. While we were in Italy, Tracy was also vacationing in Europe. However, she checked on us regularly, promptly answered questions as they arose, and made sure we knew she was available at any time. I've never gone through a travel agent before and now after having Tracy book my travel, I won't have it any other way. I'll contact her for all of my travels from now on.
