A long time friend and I wanted to travel to Spain and Portugal with our wives but had never been there before. Although we had ideas about the trip, they weren’t gelling very well so we contacted Traci. She worked with us as a group to discuss what we were looking for and went to work putting a trip together. Best decision ever! She gave us several options within our budget and travel goals. The best part was a daily recap of what we had planned with some free time to explore. We had worked with Traci previously through City Wine Merchant, but this trip to Chile made it abundantly clear that we will never plan a wine travel experience without her again.

She even sent a thoughtful gift ahead of our stay at Clos Apalta, a small but meaningful touch that set the tone beautifully.

What truly sets Traci apart is her depth of knowledge — not just in travel logistics, but in fine wine at a world-class level. That expertise translated directly into the quality of our experiences. Most notably, she secured our reservation at Almaviva, which has now earned a place among our most treasured winery visits — alongside Figeac, Castello di Ama, and of course our stay at Clos Apalta itself. That is exceptional company, and Traci made it possible.

This was the best trip of our lives, and Traci's fingerprints are all over why. We're already looking forward to planning our next adventure — Mendoza — with her, and we cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone who takes wine and travel seriously.
