Traci never failed to consider every possible need - even those I didn’t. She keeps cost in mind and gives options for me to choose what’s best for my family. She follows up and makes sure we are checked in without issues and even had a welcome snack and note waiting. It definitely turned a quick overnight stay into a luxury experience. I recently had the pleasure of visiting San Juan, Puerto Rico, on a trip expertly planned by Traci. From start to finish, every detail was seamless, making for an unforgettable experience. From the moment I landed, everything was well-organized. My airport transfer was smooth, and my hotel, Sheraton Resort & Casino, was perfectly located—offering stunning ocean views and easy access to Old San Juan’s historic charm. My itinerary was thoughtfully curated with a mix of history, adventure, and relaxation. I explored the cobblestone streets of Old San Juan, visited El Morro and Castillo San Cristóbal, and enjoyed a guided tour full of fascinating history. The highlight was an evening kayak tour through the bioluminescent bay in Fajardo—an absolutely magical experience! And, of course, no trip to San Juan is complete without enjoying its beaches—Condado and Isla Verde were perfect for unwinding in the sun. Every restaurant recommendation was spot-on. I indulged in authentic Puerto Rican cuisine, from mofongo to fresh seafood. This trip exceeded all my expectations, thanks to the thoughtful planning of Traci. Every detail was handled flawlessly, allowing me to fully enjoy my time in San Juan. If you're looking for an stress-free and memorable getaway, I highly recommend working with them!
