We had Tori book our Viking River cruise, & we cannot say enough, how wonderful our experience was. Tori took care of everything!! She was kind enough to type out a day by day itinerary for us, which was so helpful. We knew from the second our trip started, where and when we were supposed to be. She took care of getting tickets for our excursions, getting us the best seats on our flights, setting up transportation, everything we needed. Tori was incredible from the very beginning, listening to our travel requests and sending us some incredible luxury resort options to look through and choose from. She took so much of the grunt work of planning a vacation (including flights, airport transfers, booking excursions, and more) so we could essentially just show up and enjoy! She even made sure we were aware of different travel requirements so we weren’t caught off guard at customs and border control. And when we were on the trip, she checked in to make sure everything went smoothly and didn’t need further assistance.
