Tonya was very helpful. We knew nothing about cruises. She explained all aspects of cruising . What to expect. Where to get information on the ship. What we needed for our travel . Then she gave different information of the different ares of travel. That helped us decide where we wanted to go. This was our very first cruise and she made it so easy for us. She took time to book our cruise. And we had no problems I will be booking our next cruise with her.

Tonya was fantastic about looking up hotels in the area with what I was looking for. She also asked if I was looking for a certain room type and helped me with this booking and staying at a great hotel.
