Tom Mascardo

Tom is our favorite! He did not have an easy task when we came to him with booking our trip. We had a party of 23 - 10 adults and 13 kids ranging from 2-16 years old. We needed 7 rooms, all of which were different categories. We tasked him with booking specialty restaurants, private FlowRider lessons, cabanas... and he did it all. Tom is always efficient and timely. Made us feel like we were VIPs. There is no one we trust more with our travel needs.

Tom is a thoughtful planner and advisor. I was new to Virgin Voyages, and Tom supplied me with all the details that I needed to know. His recommendations were spot on, and he ensured I was always in the know with the status of my trip and the arrangements that were being made. I had a wonderful getaway, thanks to Tom’s efficiency.

Tom has helped us with two "bucket list" trips, and they have both been incredible. He is extremely knowledgeable and detail-oriented. For example, he noticed that the itinerary I had compiled failed to address the international date line. Thanks to his vigilance, we actually had a hotel reservation on our first night in Hawai'i as we were coming back from Japan. Without Tom, we might have wound up sleeping on the airport floor.

He's great, and we're so lucky to have him as our Fora consultant.

Tom went above and beyond to make sure the booking experience and the hotel were fantastic. His communications were always fast and he even called the hotel ahead of our stay to make sure they knew it was our anniversary. Thank you, Tom!
