Todd was very knowledgeable about the cruise line, and all the amenities. He was always available to talk through any questions or concerns we had. Knowing that we have a child with allergies, he was able to reassure us that the staff would take great care of us and our special needs. We will definitely be booking through Todd for our future vacations!
