I travel a lot for work—usually international and often last minute—so having someone like Tina helping out has been a huge help. She’s quick to find flights that fit my preferred class and tight schedule, and always keeps my hotel preferences and loyalty programs in mind. She gets back fast with solid options, and it just makes the whole process way less stressful. Definitely appreciate having her in my corner.

We had a last-minute whirlwind trip to Scandinavia, and Tina was such a lifesaver! She helped us find and book three great hotels in Finland and Estonia. She took the time to understand our style—modern and minimal—and made sure everything fit within our budget. Thanks to her, we even got upgraded to a beautiful suite at the Nunne Boutique Hotel. Tina really came through for me on a last-minute work trip. She found me a reservation at a better rate than what I had originally booked, and even went the extra mile to call the front desk and arrange free parking. It was such a big help in keeping my trip expenses under budget! I will definitely be using her to book business travel and personal travel in the future!

Our stay in Barcelona was exceptional. Tina secured accommodations at a hotel we had already been considering and was able to arrange an upgrade to a suite. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine, which set the perfect tone for the trip.

Tina helped us pull off a last-minute Disney Cruise and took care of everything—from transportation to booking activities onboard. Even though all the onboard reservations were full and there was no availability left, she still managed to snag our daughter an appointment at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, which completely made our trip! We had an issue with my mom’s passport and Tina was always available and willing to go out of her way to help us. When the Disney call center was closed for Labor Day, she still got me the information I needed.

She was always quick to respond to any last-minute changes and made sure our vacation was stress-free and unforgettable. I will be using her for all my future trips and have already booked a trip to Aulani through her! I even told my sister about her and she helped her book a trip to Hawaii as well. I never realized how helpful it would be to use a travel agent, especially in this day and age of the internet, but I can never go back now! I highly recommend Tina! She goes above and beyond!
