Tiffany was amazing to work with. She confirmed every detail with our hotel prior to our arrival and when we arrived in our room at Casa Monti we were met with a personalized note, a bottle of champagne, and some yummy cookies. Our rooms were booked exactly how we had asked with one double bed and the other with two twin beds. Tiffany went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.
