Tien is a wonderful, communicative travel advisor. She listened to everything we said we wanted, and found the perfect hotels and experiences for us. She designed a fantastic trip, and we had an amazing time thanks to her recommendations and planning. Tien booked a great experience for us again. Everything went smoothly. The room was nice and spacious. The hotel service was really good. They were very accommodating, answered all of our questions, and worked with us to store our luggage.

Tien booked our stay and everything was so easy and worked out smoothly. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a corner room, welcomed with an assortment of snacks, two bottles of soju, and a $10 hotel credit to use at the bar for each night. That was such a nice touch. She also arranged our transportation, and everything was planned perfectly from start to finish. The trip went really well, and we truly didn’t have to worry about a thing. Can’t wait to plan another trip!

From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of. Our room was upgraded, we were welcomed with thoughtful treats. Tien also arranged our transportation, which made the trip stress-free. We were able to relax and truly enjoy ourselves.

Tien booked a beautiful hotel for our mother-daughter stay in Busan overlooking Haeundae Beach, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the welcome gift bag was such a thoughtful surprise. From the room to the service, everything about our stay was wonderful.
