Tia was absolutely 5 stars, truly the best. She made sure we had transportation to and from the resort, helped us when our luggage was slow at baggage claim, and checked on us during and after the trip.
What really stood out was how much she went above and beyond before we even left. She took the time to compare different resorts for us and made sure we were getting the best value for what we wanted. It never felt like a generic recommendation, everything was tailored to us.
