Thomas was very supportive. He managed to get us a very good rate and some additional benefits (free breakfast and 100$ credit to spend on room service). On top, we had a very nice note from him in the room at our arrival and very nice attention for my birthday there. Amazing experience and Thomas is definitely the best travel agent I ever had
