Thomas was very helpful throughout the process. He walked us through the various cruise options we had and helped us to arrive at the Princess cruise. He handled payments, dinner reservations, helped us with the packing process and fielded a myriad of questions from start until we landed home. I have booked my next cruise through Thomas with Cunard in December.
