Thibault went out of his way to find a hotel with a suite large enough to accommodate my husband and me, and our daughter, who is 23, with private space for her. He provided multiple options and discussed them thoroughly and patiently debated all of the pros and cons of each with me. I will absolutely work with Thibault on all future booking plans!

Thibault was patient, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and had many great suggestions. I should have taken his advice to stay at Hotel Nelligan but alas. Next time! He checked in on us before and after our travels and made sure that the two rooms we reserved (for ourselves and for our daughter) were next to each other. I have only good things to say about working with Thibault and would happily work with him again. I have already referred him to a couple of friends—and will continue to do so.

Thibault was wonderful! He was excellent at communication and got us booked quickly. We especially loved the early check-in and breakfast perks he was able to provide. Also, such a sweet touch point to send us a note and a treat. Will be dreaming of the bourbon milk jam!
