Tessa was instrumental in helping me decide which cruise line and destinations would best fit my schedule. She gave great recommendations and was able to answer my questions while in the planning stages. I truly value good customer service and Tessa went above and beyond! She was very knowledgeable about the cruise line, ports, and private islands. I have found that I feel much more at ease using a travel agent versus booking it myself.
