From our initial phone conversation, Terry was a pleasure to work with. She listened to what we wanted our trip to look like and provided thoughtful suggestions. Anytime I had a question or requested an adjustment, Terry was quick to respond. The accommodations that Terry chose went above and beyond our expectations. The Yeatman in Vila Nova de Gaia offered breathtaking views of the Douro River and the city of Porto, and the staff there was exceptionally helpful. Hotel Corinthia in Lisbon offered lovely amenities and a fantastic staff as well. Even though the Corinthia is a bit further from the city center, we were able to use their complimentary shuttle to downtown. At Terry's recommendation, she booked private transfers between cities in Portugal which included stops in Aveiro and Nazare. These were both wonderful experiences that we would have missed out on otherwise. She also booked for us private tours of Lisbon and a day trip to Sintra and Cascais. The tour of Lisbon was great! We were able to do an overview of the city in a short amount of time which allowed us to determine which areas we wanted to revisit and explore more. Our driver was very knowledgeable and provided us with insight into both the historical and current significance of various landmarks in the city. Our day trip to Sintra and Cascais was top tier as well. We were able to visit two castles - Palace of Queluz and Pena Palace - and the beach town of Cascais. All in all, we had a wonderful trip and would recommend working with Terry!
