Terri O’Connell went above and beyond our expectations. I wanted to stay in an area of Paris that we could walk out the door and have restaurants, cafes, shopping and the Metro within a few block radius, and that is exactly what Terri found. We loved the San Germain area and all it had to offer.

Terri goes above and beyond to ensure I have a positive experience on all my travels. She is timely with all communication and professional in all interactions. She is thorough and detail-oriented when researching travel options. When she does not know the answer to my questions she quickly finds the answer.
