- luxury travel
A discoverer, curator and adventurer. A Vancouver-based, ocean loving marketer passionate about conscious living and exploring the world's most beautiful and sustainable hotels.
My travel style
I'm all about slow travel and getting to know the heart of a destination. Conscious of my footprint and the impact on the world, I seek out unique experiences, luxurious, eco-conscious hotels and off-the-beaten path adventures – whether it's a lesser trodden hike, an untouched beach or a local favorite restaurant.
Hotel San Cristobal
From beloved hotelier Liz Lambert, this end-of-a-dirt-road hotel blends cool, colorful interiors with a thoughtful sense of place and epicly fresh cuisine.
El Fenn Hotel, Restaurant and Rooftop Bar
Unique boutique accommodation in Marrakech featuring 3 swimming pools, a roof terrace, spa, two cocktail bars — and a family of resident tortoises.
A bottle of wine for one/two nights.
A pair of Babouche slippers each, fruit, flowers, a bottle of wine and macarons for three nights or more.
On windswept Chesterman Beach, a luxe lodge to admire the elements between adventures in nearby Tofino.
Recently returned from:
Enjoying the surf, locally caught seafood and laid-back vibe of Tofino.
Surfing, hiking and farm-to-table dining in Todos Santos.
Beach hopping and discovering quaint, coastal towns on Canada's east coast.
Hiking, road tripping and exploring the Big Island.
Lisbon's architecture, Comporta's surf and wine country in Douro Valley.
Exploring the white washed towns of Puglia and a wellness getaway to Ischia.
Kauai to check into the new 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay – surf, hike and completely disconnect.
Getting back to Bali, where my soul feels most at home.
One thing I can't travel without...
A handwoven backpack or tote by Bembien – and my camera.
Two truths, one lie:
I've lived in eight different cities.
I speak four languages fluently.
I am the founder and director of a conscious travel brand that curates eco-friendly hotels and slow made getaway essentials.
