Taylor was extremely helpful in arranging our stay at The Cloister at Sea Island. She made sure that our reservation was done properly and that we received our trip confirmation for a stress free check in at the resort. Taylor took personal interest in making our vacation the best possible and had a bottle of wine sent to our room the first night. After the vacation was over and we were back in our hometown, Taylor followed up to make sure that everything on the trip met our expectations and inquired if anything could be done better. We are happy to work with Taylor for our next vacation.
