A San Francisco-based SAHM of three always looking for ways to maximize school vacation days, and daydreams about new adventures while sitting in the carpool line. Always in search of a good meal and a little bit of adventure.
Travel Style
I am obsessed with travel. I live to research to the end of the earth to find the best possible hotels, restaurants, and experiences that are unique and special for my family. I love a mix of high and low, luxury and boutique to round out my experiences. I love a beautiful and welcoming space coupled with amazing hospitality that makes you want to come back again and again or never leave. When it comes to designing my itineraries, it's about finding the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Food is my love language, so finding a hole in the wall or a local spot always feels like a win. But mostly, I just want to show my kids the world and pass on my love of travel to them. Tarika continues to be an incredible travel advisor for our family. For this particular trip, we were traveling with another family (also with a baby), and she went above and beyond to coordinate everything seamlessly. She arranged separate confirmations while ensuring our rooms were located right next to each other, which made it so easy to spend time together.
She also secured an upgrade for us to a larger suite almost immediately after booking, which made a huge difference for our stay and comfort.
What truly sets Tarika apart is her attention to detail and thoughtfulness. She is always incredibly responsive, anticipates our needs, and consistently surprises us with special touches. This time, as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, she arranged the sweetest welcome gift for us upon arrival.
She also remembers important details like my husband’s dietary restrictions and whether we need a crib for our daughter—things that make traveling so much smoother and more personal.
Time and time again, Tarika proves she is the best of the best. We will absolutely continue to work with her for all our travel needs and are excited to recommend her to all of our friends.

Welcome to the Jungle! In November 2023, I spent five days and four nights at the One & Only Mandarina, where I conducted a site inspection with the sales coordinator, Roberta Vantolra.
