Sylvie went above and beyond. She listened to what I needed and found exactly that. Later, when prices adjusted downward, she made a change in our favor. That has never happened before to have that kind of care and attention. She checked in to ensure everything was ok along the way. I will continue to use Sylvie for travel, and I highly recommend her to others.

This was my second time using Sylvie's services. The first time was a month in Thailand and she did an amazing job of arranging hotels, transportation and fun places to visit. That trip was with other people. When I decided I wanted to do a cruise to Alaska by myself, and that I hadn’t used Holland America Line before I called Sylvie to see if that is something she could help with. At first I thought I could make the arrangements myself. However I am very glad I called Sylvie. First off, as a travel professional she can contact Holland America in ways I can't. She dealt directly with them, helped me add a night at the Anchorage Hotel and gave me guidance on details like the food package on the land cruise and the drink and internet package on the cruise ship. She helped me find travel insurance that best met my needs. She has excellent airline scheduling skills (and tools all of us don't have) and assisted in making flight reservations. I had to fly in to Anchorage and out of Vancouver which can complicate making travel arrangements by yourself. Sylvie helped get itineraries from HAL, and I found she saved me lots of time not having to call them and wait on hold.
What I like about Sylvie's services is that she puts herself in your place, and has a keen ability of asking the questions you might not think of. Sylvie planned a vacation to Costa Rica for my step daughter and her husband recently and they were thrilled with the service. Highly recommend checking with her if you are considering travel somewhere.

Sylvie was knowledgeable and resourceful in making sure I was staying in the area I needed to be in for my event. She made the daunting task of planning feel easy and was very courteous and a pleasure to work with from the original consult about the trip, all through my return after I got back. I will definitely be reaching out for future travel!
