Travel is so easy with Sylvia! Highly recommend working with her on your next trip to make life easier! It is a welcomed change to have someone as knowledgeable and organized as Sylvia to help manage it all so we can enjoy the vacation more. She sends reminders in advance...hotel/flight check-in, touches base to see how things are going, and works very hard to resolve any unexpected disturbances on the trip. She also thinks of things we may not remember - like transportation logistics or grabbing water/snacks at airport in case custom lines are long...and her itineraries are so easy to follow and informative. I loved how easy she made booking transportation to/from Cabo's airport to the hotel as there are a TON of options!! She is so helpful and responsive about hotel offerings like reserving cabana's or booking spa services - just makes it so easy to book and saves you so much research time! She is a concierge authority and can help with any recommendation! Sylvia works very hard at making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Can't wait to book our next trip with her! She crafted a beautiful itinerary with everything I wanted and made it so easy for me and my friends to book and plan the trip. She anticipated questions and our needs and would reach out ahead of time to take things off our to do list which again was a huge gift when planning a big trip, before the holidays! Sylvia always followed up and checked in leading up to the trip, making sure we had everything we need and confirming reservations. Then, above all of the incredible service above, Sylvia sent each and everyone of us AMAZING surprises in each of our rooms which kicked off our weekend on such a positive note. My friends were so happy to be part of the 50th celebration as well as we sat on our pool decks toasting to each other enjoying chocolate covered strawberries and fruit plates as well as divine chocolate truffles!! Sylvia even coordinated with the hotel staff to surprise me with the cutest embroidered “happy birthday” pillow matching the cool decor of this Jonathan Adler designed hotel!! Sylvia went above and beyond to make our stay was even more memorable and special, and it worked and we will never forget it!! I had always done my own travel planning in the past, and thought that I did a good job just by booking nice hotels and airfare, now that I know what it’s like to have extra help creating a perfect vacation or trip, I will always reach out to Sylvia for our future travel needs for myself, my friends, and our family.
