Communication was easy and efficient. She went above and beyond and let the hotel know it was my birthday so I was greated with treats and a handwritten note. Sydney is the best!!

Sydney was the best! She offered us so many great options (rooms, dinner, things to do) and then once we chose our room, she made the booking process so easy. She also followed up with us once we checked in to make sure everything went okay. Highly recommend working with Sydney and we will definitely use her again.

Sydney is so incredibly thoughtful with her bookings. From the sweet welcome letter we had waiting for us in our room, to two different nights of anniversary and birthday celebration desserts, we felt so loved and taken care of on this special trip! She also found this amazing property for us- definitely consider using Sydney for future bookings! She is the best!
