Sydney was the best! She offered us so many great options (rooms, dinner, things to do) and then once we chose our room, she made the booking process so easy. She also followed up with us once we checked in to make sure everything went okay. Highly recommend working with Sydney and we will definitely use her again.

From the sweet welcome letter we had waiting for us in our room, to two different nights of anniversary and birthday celebration desserts, we felt so loved and taken care of on this special trip! Sydney went above and beyond to make sure we had the most amazing experience and helped coordinate a surprise dinner for my wife that I definitely would not have been able to get done without her and it was the highlight of our ten day honeymoon.
