I can't say enough good things about Suzanne!

We booked World Cup tickets in San Francisco and then realized everywhere was already booked up. We were honestly stressing about where we were even going to stay. A friend pointed us to Suzanne and she turned the whole thing around for us. She found us a great place in Santa Clara, figured out how we'd get to and from the game, and handled our travel into San Francisco so we didn't have to think about any of it.

When a child care situation came up and we had to shift our travel dates at the last minute, Suzanne was super responsive and jumped right in to adjust all our reservations. The best part was that booking through her got us an incredible upgrade in San Francisco for the second half of the trip a a great resort credit, which we never would have gotten on our own.

She's friendly, she clearly knows what she's doing, and she came through for us when we were running out of options. We'll definitely be using her again.

Don’t think we’ll ever be able to plan a vacation without Suzanne again! It was our first time on The Big Island, so not having to rely on activities the hotel was selling, rather having her recommendations that she had customized to our likes/dislikes really elevated our experience! Also, there was just certain invaluable relaxed confidence, from the time we left home, knowing she was there for us. I asked the hotel concierge for help one time and they were not able to. I was sure Suzanne could take care of it right away, and she did! Suzanne’s service was a game changer overall!
