Our travel agent was excellent. She listened carefully to our needs and quickly pulled together several options across different price ranges. We chose a beautiful upscale property in Las Vegas, and once selected, she handled all the arrangements seamlessly–even taking the initiative to secure extra perks such as free breakfasts and discounts. Her communication was timely and clear throughout the process. She provided a tailored itinerary, sent reminders as the trip approached, and worked well within our budget. She was also very knowledgeable about the destination, offering helpful recommendations on excursions and dining. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we’ll definitely turn to her again for our next trip.

Sue made our anniversary stay at L'Auberge de Sedona extra special with a charcuterie board and sparking wine upon our arrival. It was a nice touch for our 30 year celebration! Sue was attentive to our booking requests and went above and beyond with her customer service. Thanks Sue!
